Selling homemade food in Kansas
Kansas lets you sell shelf-stable homemade foods without a license as long as you stay under the state's annual sales threshold; go bigger and you'll need to license up with the Department of Agriculture. Either way, sales stay direct to your customers.

Selling online
Online ordering allowed with in-state delivery/pickup; no shipping across state lines
