Selling homemade food in Oklahoma

Oklahoma's Homemade Food Freedom Act needs no license or inspection and lets you earn up to $75,000/year. Shelf-stable goods can even be shipped nationwide, while perishable items can be sold online too but you have to hand-deliver them yourself.

Selling online

Non-perishable foods can be sold online and even shipped by parcel carrier, including across state lines; perishable (TCS) foods can be sold online but the producer must personally deliver them - no shipping
